Refunds
Single Case: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded a letter or generated a case pack — see the refund policy for details and how to request one. Subscriptions: cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and canceled periods are not refunded pro-rata.
